What does an automated scan actually find?
Our scanner runs the axe-core rule set against your page in a real Chrome browser and reports the WCAG issues it can detect, such as missing alternative text, low colour contrast, and missing form labels. Automated scanning detects only part of all barriers, so a clean scan does not mean a site is fully accessible or compliant.
Which laws and standards do you map findings to?
WCAG, the AODA (Ontario), the Accessible Canada Act, the ADA and Section 508. Mapping a finding to a law helps you prioritize; it is not legal advice.
